1. Reasons for cat urine leaking from the base:

If you encounter this problem, it may be due to your cat not being used to the new litter box. Cats don't urinate on the litter itself, but rather on the wall inside the litter box or in the gap between the ball and the base. This could also be because your cat isn't used to it yet. Please give your cat more time to adapt and gradually guide them to use it correctly.

2. Common Network Configuration and App Issues:

(1) Check if your phone is connected to the router's 5G signal. You should first switch your phone to connect to the router's 2.4G network, and then configure the network.

(2) The router is in dual-band mode. Please refer to the router's setup instructions to split the 2.4G and 5G signals and connect to the 2.4G band.

(3) Bluetooth and satellite positioning are not enabled on the phone when pairing the network. (4) Press and hold the Wi-Fi button for 2 seconds to enter network mode. You will hear a "beep" and the Wi-Fi symbol will flash, confirming the network mode. If you do not hear a "beep" or see the Wi-Fi light flashing, please press and hold the automatic button again.

3. The machine will be unusable after pressing the power button on first use.

After powering on, the device will have a self-test period of 1 to 3 minutes. During this process, all buttons will be inoperable, which is not a malfunction. It can be used after the self-test is completed.
